Hi, I’m Brandon.

Despair, loneliness, and polarization are stretching the heart in unimaginable ways. The human heart can scarcely bear what it’s being asked to hold each day.

I’m a spiritual guide, meditation teacher, writer, and podcaster. I’ve worked with some of the most famous celebrities on the planet, and I’ve sat in jail with the incarcerated. My work to ease suffering has brought me to professional ballet companies and NASCAR racetracks. I’ve taught at Yale with the intellectually adept and learned extraordinary lessons from people who are intellectually challenged. I’ve been invited to speak before executives at Disney, coaches in the NFL, and some of the world’s most powerful Fortune 50 executives. What I want you to know most is that I care. I’m curious. My love language is feeding people with food and love. I’m known to my friends as equal parts monk, Italian grandmother, and golden retriever. I believe we can change our relationship with change, and I’ve come to know that healing is always possible.
